Phone us, email us or use our online submission service. Tell us what you have and what you need. We give you a quote for translating your text and tell you how long we expect it to take. Every job is a priority but if you need your translation super-fast there will be a small urgency cost.
Other than that our prices cover proofreading (if required) layout time and tea and biscuits during coffee break.
Once the job is agreed and files sent to us we will then place your work with the best translator profile for what you need. All work is carried out by native speakers of the language that the text is being translated into.
Once translated your document will be checked and returned to you pronto.
We will invoice you.*
You will pay within 30 days.
Hopefully we will keep in touch.
*Private, non-company clients will be expected to pay on delivery of translation unless agreed otherwise.
